I modelled this in Solidworks. It is not likely going to be of much use to anyone else, but it holds my little PC speakers off my desk under my monitor stand. It is printed in PET and screws into the timber of the stand on three corners and clicks on to the pipe of the stand on the front right corner.
I printed it using the cheapest PETG I could find (from ebay). I used standard 0.3mm (Draft) pre-set with a 15% infill (honeycomb). I added support for build plate only. I also added a layer modifier box to remove the top and bottom layers where the speaker sits to reduce plastic.
I had intended on modelling a mount for the right speaker as well but found I could simply mirror it in PrusaSlicer, so I didn't have to.
