This is a mini spherical lamp, designed to be compact, functional, and visually pleasing, ideal for ambient or decorative lighting.
The project uses a 18650 lithium battery, powering a simple and efficient electronic circuit. A DC-DC step-up booster (MT3608) is used to raise the voltage and is set to 5V, ensuring proper LED operation. Battery charging is handled by a TP4056 USB lithium battery charger module, making recharging easy and convenient.
The light source consists of three 5 mm LEDs, each paired with its own current-limiting resistor, arranged to provide balanced and even illumination.
The sphere is divided into three main parts:
Bottom base: houses the battery, electronic modules, and wiring.
Middle cover: closes the base and includes holes for mounting the LEDs.
Top dome: represents the rest of the sphere and is printed in white material, acting as a light diffuser to create a soft and uniform glow.
This design was created with ease of assembly, maintenance, and customization in mind, making it suitable both as a functional lamp and as a learning or experimentation project involving electronics and 3D printing.
