The STL (r.stl) should work with Filofax style paper. Three spines fit on the long side of A4, and two spines fit on the short side of A4 (or long side of A5). Can be customized for other types of paper by modifying the OpenSCAD file (r.scad). My typical printing setup: spine vertical with supports, 100% infill, brim.
