This is a fully functional (and roughly 1/4 scale) model of a BNCO Model 110, it is overall very simple to build and works and sounds great!
HARDWARE PARTS:
You also need wire, but you can use whatever you have for it as this model fits most gauges of wire. (I used 22 AWG.)
PRINTED PARTS:
I just printed all of my parts out of PETG, although I am sure PLA and other filaments would work fine for this model.
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, you need to print out all of your pieces. Then you can start by attaching the motor to the stator, and then put the shaft coupler on the motor, without the rotor. Make sure that the shaft coupler is almost touching the part of the motor that sticks out, but not quite actually touching it, then tighten the set screws on the bottom of the shaft coupler. After that you can put the rotor on as far is it can go, and it should hold itself on, but if it doesn't then you can use 2 more set screws or just regular M2.5 screws to tighten it with the top 2 holes in the rotor.
After you have the core assembled, you can just fit it into the donut piece and glue it in. Then you can add the motor cover, which should align with a small indent on the outside of the stator, and you also need to glue that in. After that you can just glue the stand to the bottom of the stator, and you should be done!
