Notes:
print it in PETG or TPU, molds works best on more flexible filament;
higher layer height gives wonderful textures to cement/concrete;
use wax furniture for an easy unmolding, and to prevent adhesion of the cement/concrete to the plastic;
there's a to-be-printed version available if you don't want to work with cement/concrete;
heart 3D pattern is Perlin noise;
