It holds the .25oz/7.4mL size Testors paints.
In the model that I printed, I used support cubic to minimize the infill, but you could see the lines through the top layer. Not a big deal since the paints sit on top, but I would use something denser to minimize that next time.
There is enough tolerance so that they are easy to grab, and there is also a front lip to prevent the paints from sliding forward if the row in front isn't full.
