Print at w.e settings youd like for the right weight that suits you.
I have them at about 6oz each which is about 5 everything, with 75% infill printed at .28. Comes out to around 171g. Ive also printed them light with default setting. No supports needed.
Theres many videos on YT on how to string them. I recommend Paracord.
