One of the handlebar plugs of my Thruxton 1200 R kept loosening all the time. I still haven't been abled to find the part number of these (maybe T3450156?), so I made my own.
This plug is designed to keep the wire away from the metal edge and fit by friction. Print with TPU.
It will probably fit all Handlebars with an inner diameter of ~14,5mm. The outer Diameter of the cap is 22mm.
