I wanted to use the excellent ERCF Smart Filament Motion Sensor, but I wanted a lower profile, when I mount it to the 2020 extrusion on the back of my Voron 2.4. Therefore I moved the mounting flanges and made the mounting screws M3.
I also created a cover for the TCRT5000, because I didn't want it open where I could touch pins.
And I didn't like that the screw for the bearing went into plastic (I had some split layer lines because of that), so I added a threaded insert instead.
Please mostly refer to the original model for instructions.

M3x20 SHCS for mounting the bearing
M3x8 BHCS for mounting the cover and the TCRT5000
2 M3x8 BHCS for mounting the sensor to the 2020 extrusion
