Plaster Tile Molds (evil eye, cathedral windows, monstera leaf and geometric patterns). Molds for small plaster tiles, plaster of paris and raysin (raher) used and worked. approximately square at 134x137mm. PLA used for the molds. Be sure it is hardened before you try to remove from mold. For raysin 60-90 minutes is enough. for plaster of paris depends on the humidity (mine took two days but i live in ireland). The sides are removable to release the pressure in the corners and avoid breakage. The side panel file fits all tile molds so print at least twice. Use soap to help release for the more detailed molds. Be sure to tape the bottom with tape as liquid will drip out of any gap. After hardening stage remove tape and sides and wiggle the mold gently to release the tile. Raysin pops out instantly (i receive no commission from them) so be careful.

You can play with the layer heights for a smoother finish.

Please be sure to print the side panels on the side with supports under the prongs so they wont break.

Painted photo is from an earlier version of the mold that had only one side panel thus breaking in the corners. But it is the only one i have painted so far :D

More photos of the other molds to come

The depth of the tiles is good enough to work with cement as well but if you try it be sure to use petroleum jelly for easier release. I had no cement available so no guarantees there.
