Looking for a way to use your Festool MB 40 mobile drilling attachment with guide bushings?
This adapter plate allows you to mount Porter-Cable–style guide bushings to the MB 40, greatly expanding its compatibility with jigs and templates.
The adapter plate is mounted underneath the MB 40 using the existing mounting holes and M4 screws. The required nuts are pressed into the printed part after printing.
For alignment, the adapter plate features center markings that correspond exactly with the markings on the MB 40 base plate. No additional centering tools or procedures are required.

4 × DIN 439 M4 nuts
4 × ISO 10642 M4 × 30 bolts
2 × shortened to 29 mm
2 × shortened to 23 mm
