I lost one cap on our Fox 5 stroller (no idea how the original one could fall off, but if it happened once, it can happen again any time), so I tried to create a matching design. It fits nicely, but the hooks have a tendency to break (curse of additive manufacturing for this part, I guess).

I printed it with supports on the bottom in the orientation shown to get the curvature right.

I don't recommend using it straight out of the printer (it is possible though), but to apply some post processing if you want to hide that it is a 3D-printed part.

Hopefully someone finds this useful.

Recommended post processing:

After breaking off the supports, the surface was nowhere flat, so I used a Dremel tool to sand everything nicely. Eventually I used black paint spray to improve the surface (sadly I did not have a glossy black paint, only matte).

If you feel like increasing the hook chamfer at the bottom further, you may try to apply some superglue+sand combo (I used "Schweißnaht aus der Flasche"), which gets very hard and can be sanded nicely after drying.
