I made these panels to add 12V power sockets into my truck bed. Includes a fuse panel and is connected to my chassis battery and an auxiliary battery in the truck bed. The switch panel has 12V sockets and a voltmeter, with 2-position switches that allow me to select where I want to power each item from.
I've also included a dimensionally - accurate profile of a Gen 3 Tacoma bed and bedrail, so you can make your own panels and have em fit. See attached .f3d files to modify in Fusion.
Material Used:
Bluesea 5035 Fuse Block (I jumpered groups of 3 fuses together, so I have 3 chassis circuits, and 3 auxiliary battery circuits).
Panel mount SPDT switch (these are IP65 rated)
8-terminal strip (for ground bus)
1/4-20 x 1" bolts for bedrail nuts, plus nylock hardware + fender washers.
Printing Suggestions:
Print the switch panel on it's side for maximum strength. You'll only need supports for the very top.
Print in PETG -- I used fuzzy skin so it didn't have the shiny layer lines PETG usually gets.
