I wanted a way to mount my Simagic PSU to the vertical 4040 extrusion on my simrig and saw a few options out there to purchase. I had bought an Alpha 15Nm base and decided to make my own mount that would work on either end of the PSU. I printed it with the mounting flange vertical so that the only overhangs were the angled "stops" in the end openings and the span of those overhangs was so little I didn't have to use supports at all.
The mounting holes are spaced at 40mm so you can use the two outer holes like you see in the photograph for mounting to a 4040 aluminum extrusion.
