Metric Hardware Demophage

A Basic Fileset of a Demophage with metric hardware. Other than Conversion i made following changes:

  • Using AR Style Grip

  • I suggest not using a Nut for The Back of the plunger but catchier catch would accomodate for the smaller diameter of the metric flange Nut.
i used 12mm od stainless steel turned down as seen in the pictures.

  • I created a Metal Ram which has no skinny pusher. i did this because the original kept breaking on me. Refer to the Drawing in ther zip for manufacturing information.

  • there is original spring spacer and plunger spacer but i created one for k25 as thats what i had laying around.

  • Tweaked the Trigger and sear a bit so it would reliably release on trigger pull

  • Added 2 More screws for thestock attachment, just didnt trust my stock hanging on one M3 screw

Planned Changes

  • accomodate washers for the m3 rods in the back, they eat into the part when i tighten it....

    • added PicatinnyStockWasher.stl to use DIN9021 or DIN134 Washers on the back of the Threaded rods on feb 25.2026

  • add Drawing for Metal Catch Ring and Catch Nut

  • bom is a bit of a mess. all relevant info is there but i'll tidy up

CAD files

i can add step or freecad files if wanted but they are pretty messed up.
and need fixing before printing.
