19th Mar 2026: added an (less aggressive) alternate sear lifter. Use this if you are having issues with the blaster slam firing automatically when the slide returns to its original position.

For most parts, the construction is the same as the 31K blaster from Moose mod shop. You can follow the assembly instructions on youtube for the same. Use the 31k mags on printables. Print the plunger rod flat (horizontal orientation and not vertical). Parts to be printed in TPU are named with TPU prefix.

During assembly, ensure that the plunger rod is inside the corresponding slot in the slide (like SLAB or alchemist blaster) while locking it down with the m5 washer, m3 washer m3 nut and M3 locking nut. This ensure that the plunger rod cannot rotate during operation.  

Hardware:

  1. Frame

    1. 2.5cm of 2mm pin to secure sear lifter to sear lug

    2. m3x5 to secure trigger guard to frame

    3. 2 5mm 1.2cm springs for trigger and mag release

    4. 18cm 13x16mm barrel

  2. Turnaround

    1. Orings: 30x35mm oring-plunger tube oring, 8x12 or 9x13 oring. If this is too tight for your barrel switch to a 9x12 oring

    2. 2 ball detents 7x6mm

  3. Muzzle

    1. m3x8mm screw to secure the barrel in the frame and muzzle

    2. 2 m3x15mm to secure the plunger cover to muzzle

    3. 235mm of M3 threaded rod which will act as the plunger rod guide

    4. 215mm ptfe tube (3mm id-4mmod) to sheath the m3 threaded rod.

    5. M3 cap nut for the plunger cover

    6. M5 washer, M3 washer, M3 nut and M3 lock nut to close the other end of the M3 threaded rod to ensure the plunger does not escape.

  4. Slide

    1. Plunger rod and head

      1. Orings: 30x35mm oring-plunger tube oring

      2. 4 2mm pins  1.4cm pins to secure the plunger head to plunger rod

    2. m3x30- m3x10 to secure the sear to the slide

    3. 3mm/4mm elastic cord to prime the sear (see 31k videos)

    4. m3x5 to secure cover to the slide

    5. 2 m3x25 to secure the turnaround to the slide

    6. 11cm of 35id 38od plunger tube

    7. 17coils of k25 (should hit about 165-180 fps)
