It's recommended to use 8.5~8.6g of PLA. After the molten plastic is placed into the mold, apply pressure for 15 seconds, let it sit for 1 minute, and then apply pressure again for another 15 seconds.]

This is a mold for making dice by recycling 3D printing waste (PLA).The mold, printed using PETG (PETG-CF is a preferred alternative), can recycle approximately 8.8g of PLA at a time.
Required Tools:
Oven
3M respirator
Silicone baking tray
One G-clamp
One M2 10mm screw (used as an ejector pin)
Flathead screwdriver
Hammer
Manufacturing Process:
Place 8.8 grams of PLA in the oven and heat at 210°C for about 8 minutes.
Use the G-clamp to secure the mold tightly.
Pour the melted plastic into the mold, insert the plunger, and press or step on it with firm pressure (about 15 seconds).
Allow the mold to cool for approximately 5 minutes, then open the mold and use the M2 screw as an ejector to remove the dice.
Remove any rough edges and sand the dice for a smooth finish.
