I remixed the V7 version of Polydryer plug with PTFE passthru to be just a replacement for a lost bottom plug.

I printed the one-piece design in 85A TPU with a 0.4mm nozzle, 2 perimeters, and 15% gyroid infill and it fit perfectly.

Do not use auto-generated supports as there is actually an enclosed air chamber that gives the seal its springiness.  I set a bridging angle of 45 degrees so the internal bridging was more consistent along all 4 sides.

I also created a version that cuts away the seal as a separate object. This will let you print it with TPU and use a harder and less hygroscopic material for the body. You will need to use supports on the overhang. I did not test-print this variant. The reason you may want to go with this option is if you are worried about moisture ingress through the one-piece TPU version, or you have a toolchanger and just want to show off.
