This enclosure is PETG designed for a high-power USB Type-C multi-protocol fast charging trigger module. It features passive cooling using an external aluminum heatsink for improved thermal performance.
Assembly Instructions
Insert the PCB into the red enclosure body using the internal guide rails.
Insulate large components (such as capacitors) with Kapton tape or standard electrical tape to prevent contact with the heatsink.
Place a 1.5 mm thermal pad on top of the power components.
Position the external heatsink into the top cutout.
Install the translucent front cap, securing the heatsink in place.
No screws are required if print tolerances are properly calibrated.
For tighter retention, adhesive may be used if necessary.
