There are two different bases: one for those with a mix of VHS/DVD/Blu-ray, and the other for those with only DVD and Blu-ray.
'DVD Base' will hold 4 DVDs, while the DVDtoBluray Insert will adjust a single slot to hold a Blu-ray case.
Same with the 'VHS Base', there are 2 inserts to adjust slot size for DVD and Blu-Ray.
Printer settings are standard.
