This is a secure, rugged SD card case for holding backup storage media while outdoors. Compact and secure, the design was created to ensure the SD or Micro SD card is there when you need it. The three part design features internal compliant mechanisms to hold the media securely in place while allowing it to be easily removed when you need it. The case can be dropped, thrown, shaken upside down, and the cards will still be there, all while using reasonable printing tolerances. Secure your box in your bag with a lanyard - the security hole is designed to fit paracord, and will take any smaller sized line.

Printing Instructions
For best thread results, add a height range modifier for the threaded sections with a layer height of 0.15mm when using an 0.4mm line width (or just print the whole thing at 0.15). In my case, I printed the insert in Polylite PETG and the case in PolySonic PLA. No cleanup or trimming was required.
