This is just something I sketched up quick to charge some 16340/RCR123A cells. It holds one 16340 cell, and has accommodations for a 1/4" spade on each end. Professionally I would recommend something UL rated, such as PETG V0. But I'm not the boss of you.
Prints great with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, and no supports.
