This adaptor will let you use a Flextail Tiny Pump 3X (or any of their other pumps that share the same fittings) with the Flextail Zero Pump 2X fittings. Works for both inflation and deflation.
I printed this in PETG with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% gyroid infill, and no supports.
