This is a compact, modular cable‑routing channel designed for clean and reliable wire management inside 3D printers. The geometry is optimized for FDM printing, easy installation, and stable cable guidance even in tight internal spaces.
Features
Modular design – available in multiple universal sizes for different wire bundles
Easy mounting – snap‑fit style geometry suitable for frames, panels, or printed brackets
Clean cable paths – keeps wiring organized and protected from moving parts
Print‑friendly – no supports required, fast print time, strong layer orientation
Open‑top profile – allows quick access during assembly or maintenance
Intended Use
Ideal for routing low‑voltage wiring inside 3D printers, CNC machines, electronics enclosures, or any custom DIY builds. Designed primarily for signal wires, fan cables, sensor leads, and other lightweight harnesses.
Printing Recommendations
Material: PETG
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Perimeters: 3
Infill: 20–30%
Supports: Not required
DIN rail mounting
For mounting on a DIN rail, I used the “DIN Rail Bracket” in the 52.5 mm size, with only a small modification — the mounting holes were adjusted to fit screws directly, without using M3 heat inserts. This solution is fully sufficient for securing the cable channel.

Optional
For additional strength, optional Helper Joints can be used to reinforce the connections.
