I recently finished restoring a 1978 Bally pinball machine that has been sitting in the basement for the last 30+ years. I have replaced a lot of components with parts I have purchased, but having a 3D printer has allowed me to print my own replacement parts. In this case, I designed these casters to keep the pinball machine from sliding around on the floor and to help reduce vibration.
I've designed to be printed in TPU with no supports needed. Should slide over levelers and stay in place even when moving the pinball machine.
Printed on a textured powder coated sheet. I find the textured sheet adds some extra grip to the bottom. I printed at 40% infill to better support the heavy weight. But feel free to experiment infill %.
