Make sure you read these before you start making your mini WS400H
Recommended to print on most 220mmX220mm 3d printers (Example: Creality Ender 3)
For best possible structural capabilities, print with PETG and a pretty high density and high detail print quality for the thinner pieces.
Specs/Names for non printed parts:
Pan head machine screws 3/8 inch screws with a 2-56 (24 used) (Possible to use 8-12 less, but wouldn't recommend)
M3*12 Screws with a nut (8 used)
1/4x3'' eyebolt (get a second nut for it to extend a bit upward)
1/4''x1 1/2'' hex bolt (For keeping the horns fixed after being installed) (4 used)
40mm/1.5'' flush mount subwoofers (Speakers I use) (20W total)
2'' balsa wood cylindrical pole
1 1/2'' drywall screw for the pole mount securing screw
18/2 bell wire or 20/2 stranded wire (16', 4' per horn, or 12', 3' per horn)
A good portion of these models don't require support material, even though 2 of them use a form of support material. One with manual support material and one with built in support material.
If the screws don't fit in the small screw holes, drill them bigger with a 5/64'' (2mm) drill bit.
To secure the speaker to the gantry, hot glue the speaker in 4 spots (preferably the supports between the magnet and diaphragm) to the speaker spacer.
And to install the speaker, hot glue 4 spots on the speaker spacer on the bottom and stick it in the speaker slot.
To assemble the horn to the pole/wall/mount, install the horn mounting bracket first, then install the main horn next, and finally install the speaker gantry assembly and run the wire through the wire hole in the main horn.
And to secure the horn in a fixed position, tighten the hex bolt while holding the horn in the position you want it in until soft tension (too much tension may cause damage to parts)
If the speakers come with wires already welded to them, run a secondary set of wires through the holes and connect them with wire nuts or small wiring buses.
Extra note: A WS400H array is basically a modern day WS-2016, since the Hornet is the successor of the WS-2000r.
