Hello,
This is a strong rod bracket that I designed in order to carry the weight of 3 longs curtains of nearly 3m high and 1.5m width.
The inner diameter is about 28.5mm and there is a hole in order to stop the translation. You need to drill an hole of 3 or 4mm in the rod at the right location of the bracket.
You will need 4 x wooden screw of 30mm and ø4mm with coutersunk per bracket.
Print in PETG with 4 perimeters. The print time is nearly 3h45min with 15% infill, with a gyroid filling and a0.4mm nozzle.
You wille need a long screwdriver in order to place the last screw of the bracket. 4
