This modern geometrical earring attachment with hexagons and a pyramid-like form in the middle looks really nice and can be printed in less than one hour (for two of them). Though, you still need the metal piece holding this in your ear...
Printing recommendations
Layer height: 0.08 mm (this is what i used but just pick the finest you can reliably print)
Initial layer height: 0.2 mm for better adhesion
Bed adhesion: not necessary
Support: not necessary
