Got a favorite hat that’s just a bit too tight? This extender is a lifesaver for anyone who loves snapbacks but has a larger head size. It was specifically designed to fit Difuzed double-row closures, but it should be compatible with most standard double-row snapback hats.
I printed this in PLA. Even though it’s a rigid material, it interacts perfectly with the flexible hat strap, providing a secure fit and comfortable feel.
Also fits the hat shown in the photo: Disney Lion King by Bioworld.
Print Settings:
Material: PLA (idealne dopasowanie / perfect fit)
Infill: 15-20%
Layer height: 0.1 mm
Supports: No (Print flat on the bed)
Perimeters: 3 (for stronger pins)

Masz ulubioną czapkę, która jest odrobinę za ciasna? Ta przedłużka to ratunek dla wszystkich, którzy kochają snapbacki, ale mają nieco większy rozmiar głowy. Projekt został stworzony specjalnie pod dwurzędowe zapięcia marki Difuzed, ale powinien pasować do większości standardowych czapek z tym systemem.
Drukowałem ten element z PLA. Mimo że jest to sztywny materiał, świetnie współpracuje z elastycznym paskiem czapki, zapewniając pewne trzymanie i komfort podczas noszenia.
Pasuje też do czapki ze zdjęcia - Disney Lion King Bioworld.
