Slicer setting:
Layer height: 0.15-0.2
Filament: PETG/ASA, etc. (strong material for outdoor use).
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Support: Auto, Grid inner part only, add a brim if outer won't stay on the sheet
Infill: 15%/20%
Orientation as picture
Push outer part all the way in, install with M5 screws and Loctite, and add your own straps.
Stop using if it shows cracks or noticeable displacement!
