This is just a simple enclosure to create an Arduino-based rotary encoder for scrubbing (or jogging) through video in editing software like Adobe Premiere, and has 3 buttons for quick hot key access.

I used the following parts on this project:
Arduino Pro Micro USB-C clone - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B6HYLC44?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
KY-040 Rotary Encoder - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XQTHDRR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1
Gateron Mechanical MX Key Switch - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07X3SYQMV?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1
XDA Keycaps - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BWMNZ2QH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
M4 x 0.7 Brass Heat Stake Threaded Inserts - https://www.mcmaster.com/94180A353/
M4 x 0.7 Stainless Phillips Flat Head Screws - https://www.mcmaster.com/92010A216/
Automotive Wheel Weights - https://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-oz-wheel-weights-67226.html?_br_psugg_q=tire+weights

The wheel weights are stuck to the inside of the bottom plate with the Pro Micro clone. This is just there to give the jogger body some more heft after assembly; use is completely up to you.

I included the Fusion f3z file along with a basic STEP export in case you want to chop it up and edit it.
