I needed a HP Robots Otto enclosure for the challenge for testing.
I am very thankful to them to provide the STEP files for Otto, but printing the original files is taking a lot of time.
So I used the STEP files to create a thin and fast-print dummy Otto.
It has most of the features of the original enclosure.
3MF file for printing, STEP files of the components and Fusion 360 project included in the downloads.
For the assembly you need 8 very short self-tapping screws ⌀ 2mm, not longer than 3mm.
Or you glue the parts together.
The wheels can rotate and just snapped in. Careful, the Otto dummy walls are only 1mm thick.
