A basic case that holds 2 EPIPEN that I designed in Fusion. I uses friction for holding the cases together. I suggest printing a partial lower and upper case -
1 - So you can tell if your version of the pens will fit into the bottom case
2 - To see how the friction part of the case will fit, you might have to adjust it a bit for your printer
You might need to adjust the top part of the case size up or down to get the correct fit. On my Prusa XL the sizes work correctly, but your printer and filament might make the fit to loose or tight.
The text I just added to the larger side, that sticks out, so the text will fit well. I just using the the text tool in the slicer to do the text.
My settings were -
0.6 nozzle
PLA Filament (EPIPEN will go bad before the filament will melt) :)
0.32mm Levels
