Ok, I accidentally got myself a scrubmommy/daddy sponge because it looked funny, but it turns out my version has a bit different "face" than other models and besides I needed something that I could use to attach to a flat vertical surface...
So I "cloned" other similar models (a circular plate with a face on it) that fit my scrubsponge and the suction cups I had left from another project.
If you get the scad file, you can probably tweak the values to make it fit other face-sponges
