The Osprey backpack is a nice product which lasts years, but the buckle does not, so I made this.

This is a replacement part for Osprey backpacks. The backpack is a solid product, but the buckle gives up pretty early and I was not able to find one that fits and holds.

I have tried to make this work with PLA and designed around its brittleness, but in the end it was ColorFabb XT that was durable enough to hold for some time. PETG could probably do, but I was not able to get it dry enough.

A commercial PET version will probably hold longer, but this I can just print more of if needed.

OBS: I have used my trusty Ultimaker 2 for this with 0.4 nozzle and the tolerances are tuned for 2 lines width on the thinnest lines, but your printer could make this behave differently.
