in case you have a spare fan with a length of 60mm as well as a piece of acrylic tube with 60mm diameter let the five people fly and try to steer their altitude with your hand.

3d printing

print the body without support since it is inbuilt. three walls and 15% lightning infill should do. the support object can be set down to 1-2 walls and 10% lightning infill. the support is designed for 0.2mm layer height and 0.4mm line width of an accordingly nozzle. the support may be sticky but can be forced out with a screwdriver and a hammer through the top gaps. if you don't take my word for it split the body into objects, remove the inbuilt support and use a custom one.

2d printing

print out the skydivers pdf on paper. for me some photo paper of about 190g/m² showed decent results.

assembly

insert the fan in the right direction from the bottom and the tube on top. cut out along the outer lines of the skydivers printout and the center part around the heads.

you can either manually bend along the lines or print the two press parts with settings comfortable to you, place the skydivers on the pin of the bottom press part and press the top stamp to at least prepare an even shape. some finetuning may be necessary.

taking off

place the skydivers at the bottom of the tube and switch on the fan. hover your hand above the tube and influence the flying altitude. you may have to test the best paper weight for yourself, depending on the strength of your fan.
