This is a dummy to allow mock-up and planning to install a LHS-200 unit. It allows you to check clearances and fit without damage to the actual unit until you have the installation sorted out, at which time you can just install the actual unit as a final step. There is an oval recess of .5mm in the bottom face that conforms to the cutout dimensions in the installation manual for reference. You can use double-sided tape to stick it to the proposed inspection panel or a piece of clear lexan to verify clearances.
Print in PLA or any other convenient material. I printed it with a 5% infill at a .2mm Speed setting on a Prusa Mini. The dummy can be printed flat with the oval on the bottom with no supports.
The template is the size/shape of just the bottom. The outer dimensions of the segmented oval represent the outer dimensions of the recommended oval cutout for the inspection plate. The two holes are the center points of the 1" (25mm) holes that are used to create the cutout shape.
