My take to a Chastity cage without a ball ring. The ring goes right behind the head. Should be snug to prevent slippage.
The tab on the ring fits in the lot at the top of the lock. once the lock installed it prevents the tab to be released.
Inside dimension of the tube: 29mm diam, 71mm overall length
A variant is also made that uses a cable numbered seal (https://a.co/d/0bCT5GAh). Instead of a lock you use the seal pin and thread the cable thru both holes.
Like any chastity devices, it's seldom escape proof, but it's definitively tamper-proof.
I'll work on making additional rings for different sizes.
Tips and Trick: If the lock does not enter easily, with the lock in as far as it goes, dip the lock area in hot water for a few seconds and press the lock in. You can use a string to help the tab to get into the slot.
