I have a ZeroG Mercury One.1 printer with X and Y axis linear rails. I needed a sensorless homing bumper/stop block that I could mount on top of the Y axis rail. But, since I use steel plate corner brackets to stabilize my frame, I could only mount the E34M1 stop block in front of the plate (it straddles the rail and runs into the corner bracket). That limited my Y axis. By modifying the block so that the mounting holes are only on one side, I can screw the block on the inside of the Y axis rail and put it as far back as possible to allow for more Y axis length. I added a second screw hole to make the mount more secure. The new mount adds 24mm to my Y axis over the older mount (see photos).
