Winbot Pro Quarter Round Window Border Edges

Problem Statement: We decided to purchase an Ecovacs Winbot W2 Pro omni last year. We discovered that our inside windows had a poor border shape that let the winbot ride up and detach itself during cleaning so had to be babysat and limited usage.

Solution: I designed these low profile window borders that can be installed under the borders to give a solid edge that the winbot's edge detection sensors can use to butt up against and reverse or ride along for edge cleaning modes. Because of limits of my print bed size I put 11" max but the models can easily be adapted for any longer or short lengths. Also added 5, 9, and 10 inch lengths. I did have success cutting slightly long lengths down to get a perfect fit per window.

Printing Info: We had 16 windows to print edges for. Printed with Gray Elegoo Rapid PET-G (to resist the clwaning formula) using Elegoo's recommended settings on a Snapmaker J1S. No supports were needed.
