Coasters for everyday use. Model is in two parts which allows to print the bottom part in TPU for increased grip. The holder can hold up to four coasters.
Materials & Print Settings
It's highly recommend to print the top part in a high temperature material like ASA. Using ASA also means the coasters can be used outside due to the excellent UV resistant.
The bottom should be printed in TPU or another flexible material, which will provide better grip to the surface the coaster sits on. The coasters can also be used without a TPU bottom if you don't have any flexible material.
The holder can be printed in any material, just remember UV resistance if intended for outdoor use.
Assembly
The models are designed so they fit perfectly together. The TPU bottom can be press fitted into the top part. No glue is needed! This is of course only true if the materials are calibrated correctly.
Print Settings
I've printed all parts with the same settings:
Layer height: 0.2mm
Perimeters: 2
Infill: 15%, adaptive cubic
Nozzle: 0.4mm HF brass
