this is a very simple two way valve
it is not all that water tight but is good for dry things and projects that do not require a seal
the cylinders on the side are for screws or you can just glue it
ASEMBELY
the small flat part goes inside perpendicular to the inlets, then the top goes on top with the top of the flap going through the slit.
