While the geometric output appears as a simple flat profile, this is a fully parametric OpenSCAD micro-precision utility. The algorithm bypasses basic shape primitives by utilizing complex 2D hull() transformations across multiple calculated coordinate nodes (handle, dynamic taper, tip shaft, and micro-hook) to generate a continuous, stress-resistant manifold mesh. It mathematically computes exact spatial tolerances required for safe insertion into standardized electronics interfaces (e.g., exactly 0.8mm for USB-C, 0.6mm for Lightning) without damaging internal connector pins, and executes precise boolean subtractions (difference()) for the mounting hole. It is a highly calculated hardware maintenance tool, not a basic decorative extrusion.

⚙ Customizer features:

Thickness: Crucial for your specific port. Set to 0.8mm for USB-C or 0.6mm for Lightning.

Tip size: Adjust the length and width to reach deep into the bottom of the port.

Hook angle: The tiny hook at the end grabs the lint easily so you can pull it out in one go.

Handle & hole: Easily attach it to your keychain so you always have it ready.

🖨 Print settings:

Material: PETG, ABS or ASA is highly recommended! PLA is bit more brittle and can snap inside your phone port.

Layer height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for the fine details on the hook.

Infill: 100% solid.
