it ain't much but it's honest work.
since i have been asked it's here to download and use. attached is the original freecad-file if you want to tinker. provieded stls are for 20mm-tubes.
the joint prevents the crutches from falling over, the hook can be used to hang them on to the seatback of a wheelchair.
printed and used for a few weeks with petg .28x.6mm, without support.
