Qidi Q1 Pro Assembly CAD model (non-official - reversed engineered)
This model is a work in progress. It's still containing some inaccuracies and is missing some features.
The side panel design is schematic. Basic dimensions, panel attachment points to the frame, and mounting points for additional equipment are indicated.
I don't recommend to print any part of this model as is. They are not optimized for FDM printing.
Not yet completed:
Top panel with cover and filament sensor.
Front panel with door and screen.
Fasteners, such as self-tapping screws.
v0.2 Notes:
Main changes:
Added assemblies with their components: Smooth idler, Tension idler pulley block.
Added parts: Heater body.
Fixed: XY stepper mounts.
The names of components and parts sold as spare parts have been brought into line with the names in QIDI stores on AliExpress.
2026.04.21 Update:
Added a completely remodeled back panel.
