This is a stand for launching water rockets or vinegar+baking soda rockets made from 2-liter bottles. For water rockets, use a bicycle pump with a ball needle, and a #3 rubber plug drilled to accept the needle. For vinegar+baking soda rockets, use a solid #3 rubber plug to trap a baking soda packet above the vinegar, then flip the rocket onto the launch stand and get clear.
