I was having some ejection issues with the widowaxe, and realized it was because my shells were slipping out of the extractor claw. Gluing these two pieces on solved it, and made low-speed ejection considerably more reliable.
Glue them on like this:
THE LOWER ONE SHOULD BE SHORTER, GLUE IT SO THE BACK IS FLUSH WITH THE BACK OF THE BOLTFACE.
