Gear Rack & Pinion Slider
A compact and fully 3D printable rack & pinion mechanism. Designed as a smooth linear slider driven by a central gear, ideal for experiments or motion systems.
The model consists of three parts:
Sliding arm with integrated guide
Rack with fine teeth profile
Pinion gear with shaft
Everything fits together without hardware (optional: small screws or pins for mounting). The slider moves cleanly and stays aligned thanks to the dual guide rails.
