This electric scooter model has a very weak fender. Everyone I know, and even strangers, told me that theirs also broke, so I designed one because I hadn't thought to look for one before.
The three-part idea is that it can break again, so I don't have to print the whole thing again, and it also fits in smaller printers.
My idea was to use M3 inserts, but I underestimated the hole size and an M3 screw will thread without an insert.
