This is a model I made to pour sugar rocket fuel into old medicine containers for customizable solid fuel blocks. The medicine containers are ideal because the dried fuel portions slide out easily. Several of these blocks can then be loaded into a reusable heat-insulated rocket tube, depending on how much power you want the rocket to have.

Coating the mold with a mold release before pouring the fuel is recommended for easier removal.

Also, note that the mold should be taken out before the fuel is completely cooled, but is still somewhat soft.

Minimising bubbles in the pour is crucial to the success of the fuel block.
